Job Details
Change Manager
3 days/week on-site
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Need local to Los Angeles, CA Only)
Initial Duration: 6 month contract to hire
- At least 3 years of experience leading Organizational Change Management efforts and teams in support of technology and digital transformation projects
- Strong change management fundamentals (training, communications, events, content creation)
- Strong stakeholder management skills including expertise in building trust, negotiating, and influencing others to support change
- Experience understanding organizational dynamics, managing stakeholders, and facilitating change initiatives effectively is paramount to the success of the role.
Need One of the following certifications:
Prosci
CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)
CMS (Change Management specialist)
Cornell University Change Management cert
CPCM (Certified Problem and Change Manager)
